I quickly sketched something dirty
I would place the whirlpool close to the terrace (for evenings or children during the day). Apparently, you have a water connection there in the corner?
Fire corner in the west. You could enclose and plant it with the mentioned raised beds.
Possibly plants for privacy screening… But I saw on the Reolink picture that the neighbors have already provided privacy screening? There are nicer options. Regarding the bench by the shed, I confused myself with the shed. At the corner of the terrace, a shallow bed with a tree, e.g. a maple, that doesn’t grow too big. I actually find the concrete stones quite nice. Nevertheless, you could plant two groups of shrubs there. Such beds don’t require much work.
Are those your walls in the SE? You could plant climbers there, e.g. clematis.
Plants: Plants from the “wild hedge” in the SW combined with an evergreen ball and a jasmine or elderberry. Maybe also fruit shrubs (currant or sea buckthorn) and a columnar cherry laurel as a larger evergreen plant.
Grasses by the fire bowl with hardy roses.
Beware of thirsty plants, e.g. hydrangeas, I would no longer plant them nowadays, rather prairie plants. Fire bowl on gravel.
