A "mediation and commission agreement," yes. But the broker was from the house bank. We "enticed" him with the financing through the house bank. That means: A change is certainly not impossible, but without arguments and incentives it will probably be difficult. Simply saying "This is too expensive for me now, just demand less commission" will hardly work. One possibility would be to approach the seller. In the end, the broker probably doesn’t care whether you share his commission or if he receives it from only one side...
