The last one is now a different topic again. You don't necessarily build a Passivhaus because of the low heating costs, but because you find it ecologically sensible.
I already have difficulty with statements like "the climate was fantastic" in the last post. What was so fantastic, or does it stink in other houses where the climate is not fantastic? People often perceive something just because they are told that the climate in that house is so fantastic.
Well, give it a try. And above all: try sitting for hours in summer at +35° in such a wooden house without a ventilation system with closed windows and do the same in a solid house, without a ventilation system and with closed windows. That’s when you’ll notice the difference.

Yes, but that is exactly not the case. It is not ecologically sensible if I need the same amount of electricity to heat the house. But I don't want to go into this topic in detail here now, it just came to my mind with all the "stories" that are being told.
And again someone comes with a wooden house and believes that you don't have to ventilate... So the wood filters the air, breaks down the CO2, produces oxygen. TOP invention
Well, try it out. And especially: try sitting for hours in summer at +35° in such a wooden house without a ventilation system with closed windows and do the same in a solid house, without a ventilation system and with closed windows. That's when you notice the difference.
Here is a good example of what the thread starter wanted to point out. There are always enough people who believe every nonsense. Physics? To put it in the words of Wendler... DOESN'T MATTER
