It has already been clarified that there is no regulation for the TE. The question I still ask myself is what practical advantage a multi-utility connection brings. I had to install one but see no benefit.
It doesn’t matter whether KG pipes or a multi-utility connection are installed if the installation is botched. I have seen more than once that when laying the water connection and telecommunications cable into the multi-utility pipes, the appropriate seals were not used, but the pipe was simply taped shut with duct tape. In a KG pipe, I can just as well install a press pipe seal like those supplied with the multi-utility connection. The end result should be the same with PROFESSIONAL installation: a sealed entry of the supply lines into the house – only the multi-utility connection costs many times more than the KG pipe with seal.
The question is simply: Do I trust the multi-utility connection provider who advertises "checked safety" or do I trust a KG pipe that has proven itself in practice for decades? This has nothing to do with the stone age – how many houses built like thousands of others do you know where the KG pipe does not still fulfill its purpose today?
