With us, the construction company would do that. Yes, you then have to distribute the connections into the house from there. The connections are already laid accordingly with [KG Rohren].

An advantage of the MSP (I am not an expert) could be the tightness. Especially with water tubs or pressurized water, an MSP can probably be installed quite tightly.

That is at least the most frequently cited reason for installation. I haven't been able to find any others so far. On the other hand, I haven't heard anything negative about KG pipes in that regard. You would have to ask an expert.

Exactly. I don't see the disadvantage of KG pipes. Getting them sealed shouldn't be an effort. The advantages are greater flexibility (where my connection comes out of the floor) and lower costs.

Just ask your grandparents if their KG pipes are leaking. I'll go out on a limb and say: The answer will be "no."

But I would also be glad if someone could give me a legitimate reason, then I would know what I spent the 1000€ on.

At our MSP, three pipes are used and one is still empty and sealed, I have an empty conduit for an electric car or other use with it
