Mount front horizontal wall cabinet (Abstract, Ikea Faktum)

Hello everyone,

in the moving stress, unfortunately I lost the template for drilling the holes of the Abstrakt front. Now the horizontal 90x40 cabinet is hanging, but unfortunately without a front :(
Can someone possibly provide me with this template as a download?
That would be so great!

Which hinges do you have? The black dampers, the silver Schren hinges, or which ones?
