Take a look at some pictures of bathrooms with mirrored cabinets and decide what you like better. Usually it is as wide as the base cabinet. Sometimes narrower. Wider doesn’t make sense, since you don’t stand next to but in front of the sink when you look in.

The lower edge of the mirrored cabinet should perhaps also depend on the user’s height. 150 cm would be a bit high even for me at 180 cm tall. You can just barely see your face at that height.
I would probably have the mirrored cabinet start at the height of the partition wall, i.e. 120 cm, or have planned an integrated cabinet accordingly.
That’s how we have it too. However, we don’t have a mirrored cabinet (I find them somehow old-fashioned), but a mirror directly above the partition wall. I would also find higher problematic; depending on body height you can only see your face and neck or even less. On the ledge stand two baskets (for her/for him), the rest disappears in the base cabinet or in the mid-height cabinet.
