Minimum size of the technical room

Hello everyone,

does anyone maybe know how big the technical room has to be at least?
We are getting a geothermal heat pump and a central ventilation system.
What else needs to go in there besides the fuse box?
At the moment the room would be 2.3m x 3.2m in size.
Would that be enough?
And are there any problems with noise if a bedroom is above?

How big are the devices? Is there a separate hot water storage tank? There also needs to be room for the water and electricity connections from the suppliers. How big will the ventilation system be (ours is located in the attic and requires about 8sqm including all supply and exhaust ducts!).

Should the room serve only as a heating room or also simultaneously as a utility room, so that the washing machine, dryer, etc. can be accommodated there?

We have about 12 sqm and inside: - indoor unit of the air-water heat pump - central ventilation system (hanging from the ceiling) - electricity meter - water connection - telecom connection In addition, there are a washing machine, dryer, shelves, etc. The room will be well filled in the end. Just over 7 sqm can already become very tight if a washing machine, dryer, and shelves are also to be included.

No, the utility room is separate in our house.

Our technical room is not yet 4m2. Inside are: alarm system, fuse box, hot water tank, heat pump (split unit), network cabinet, all provider connections, and a small shelf for tools under the fuse box.
