The size/dimensions of the devices are known after all. Probably a compact brine heat pump with an integrated domestic hot water tank. This requires only a small footprint. In addition, the controlled residential ventilation on the wall including the ducts and pipes and the fuse box. Connections: water (for the heat pump tank), electricity, and the brine lines. In my opinion, the space is definitely sufficient - you have a separate utility room anyway. Noise: if the substrate is suitable (sound decoupling), then the heat pump should not cause disturbance.
