Yes, bungalow with a tiny little staircase to the attic without soffits... The ceiling height was the same for you, right? Also 2.70?

In that respect... I’m at a minimum of 6 weeks with three or four people. How about an independent painter and varnisher?

Yes, correct, on the ground floor 2.70 and in the attic roof = ceiling, so 2.20m knee wall and inside about 4m.

We will wait for the price for just the filling and then get 1-2 alternative offers. And in the end, maybe the carport will be painted first or the ventilation, which according to the house builder is not strictly necessary technically (that is also about 12,500 gross).

Perhaps as a guideline our approach:

We received the Q2 plastering from the general contractor. Ceilings on the ground floor (concrete) and upper floor (drywall) were unfilled and not sanded. Bathrooms had lime-cement plaster.

We hired a painter through MyHammer, who primed the entire house, filled and sanded the ceilings, and filled and sanded the bathrooms ready for painting. We then only had to paint. The ceilings on the ground floor were additionally wallpapered with fleece.
We paid €4,000 plus 5 buckets of professional white paint for our own painting.

Oh, by the way: Our house has 2 full floors with 145m².

We were offered €10,000 to €20,000 for 300m² of living space 1.5 years ago. We did it ourselves, can only keep recommending spraying. I used 15 liters of paint per 16m² room, once thickly applied. Done. But it only works if no floor and doors are installed yet. I sprayed the house over 3 weekends. Alone.

Does painter's fleece actually have additional advantages apart from crack concealment? Or to put it another way: is there any reason not to paint the Q-2 filled drywall directly with paint or fine textured plaster? Is that even done?
