I have a child (potentially more) and I live in the house. Off the top of my head, I can think of 5 spots that have taken such a hit during the year that they would need to be filled...

A lot has happened here, thanks for your explanations! We are currently still not sure if we really can and want to do it ourselves. We will probably get more quotes, "at least" for filling, sanding, and applying fleece. We would do the painting ourselves. Maybe someone will be found who does it with an invoice for under 15,000, we don’t want to have it done illegally... in case something happens on the construction site after all, you never know... By the way, we have now found out that there is 850 sqm of surface to be worked on. Would you try it via MyHammer or directly ask small local ones? (We have never needed a craftsman in our lives)

Ask your contractor who he would choose. Small does not have to mean cheap or good. Efficiency is important. What use is xy to you at 35,- per hour if he needs 140 hours, whereas z at 43 per hour only needs 100. Because, for example, he sprays walls. Or comes with three men and gets it done quickly...

We had the walls2 plastered in Q3 and additionally applied Knauf Finish. Now we want to paint. Which primer can you recommend? We do not want to save on price. Regarding the paint, we will probably use Caparol paint, which will be applied using the airless process.
