What are you waiting for with a brine heat pump?

I had at least a maintenance done after the first heating period and that was a good decision. It was found that one kilo of refrigerant was still missing, which probably couldn't be detected during the initial start-up in summer. In any case, a leak test was carried out. If I remember correctly, according to EU regulations, certain heat pumps even require an annual maintenance.

I would rather call it "Nachbesserung" - maintenance itself is not necessary there.

Just found on a website: "The EU F-Gas Regulation No. 842/2006 requires an annual leak test for systems containing more than 3 kilograms of refrigerant."

You will never have 3kg in a heat pump for a single-family house ;)
