This is of course only a sensory measurement to indicate that he is informed and should plant the tree elsewhere. Whether two meters, four, six, or eight meters should not matter in this context. It was an EXAMPLE, but next time I will write that more clearly...

Oh, I see.

Everyone who has to manage with less than 400m² of land here is now thinking hard about what you mean. ops:

Yes, it reads differently than you say it - better that way.

Rather less. He received the property as a gift from relatives. The property was divided for his construction project. Some lines serve the house, which was cut off from the public traffic area by the division. There is a development plan. The new building is finished. The background story of the property is as long and confusing, how should one bring in their experience there? When later? Yes, you can do that. Problems will only arise when work needs to be done on the line. Either because you caused the damage by planting, or because the supplier does not want to be liable for your damage (cutting down the tree). Didn’t find any offer. What exactly is the current problem? For planting a tree and the garden house you presumably don’t need a permit. What has to be clarified with the municipality?

The hole is currently open and the water pipe is exposed. It is so far down that I really don't have to worry about a tree anymore now.

Hands off the taproot, that's all I have to say. No, tell me: how deep is the [Leitung] approximately?
