Yes, you can do that. Problems will only arise when work needs to be done on the line. Either because you caused the damage by planting, or because the supplier does not want to be liable for your damage (cutting down the tree).

Didn’t find any offer. What exactly is the current problem? For planting a tree and the garden house you presumably don’t need a permit. What has to be clarified with the municipality?
