I’m trying out Classen neo 2.0 in the color brownshaded Elm(?, I’m not sure about the color name anymore, I’ll have to check the packaging again tomorrow). It’s quite dark, but for us it has exactly the right color to hide cat hair. It also has a "wood" texture, but it’s a bit slippery. With Blue Angel certification and rather resistant. We had to push the wardrobes in the dressing room after installation and you can’t even see it. Here’s the bedroom under artificial light.

I think back then it was simply called "pro" for the 2.5mm variant for bonding. The different shades have different surface structures. With our quite pronounced grooves and grain, I find it very pleasant.

I think bonding is better: it feels firmer when walking, and is probably more durable. The underfloor heating transfers more heat when bonded. I would prefer that. Upstairs we have a floating floor covering, which has significantly more own weight, but because of the floating installation it somehow feels less valuable..

We have Classen design flooring in the upper floor. It feels completely different from Ter Hürne, the surface is smoother/harder/colder. Due to the floating installation, the walking sensation is different. My wife doesn't like it that much. I don't think it's bad, but the differences between vinyl and design flooring are really big. Berry Allo (or something like that) feels extremely unpleasant and sticky, for example.

Classen has Blue Angel certification and very good thermal conductivity for click flooring. Impact sound insulation underneath should, of course, transfer heat well (with a heat pump as heating).

We have Classen "Sono" Forest. Sono was a notch more robust than the Neo 2.0 floorings.

Oh, regardless of which vinyl you choose later, here is a tip from our site manager, who also helped us a lot: apply primer/sealer to the screed before you lay the impact sound insulation + flooring. You can vacuum the screed until you drop dead and you will still hear a noise/creaking when you walk on it. Once you have applied the primer, you won’t hear a single sound when you walk over it anymore. It’s an extra step, but if you work with a thick roller and a telescopic handle, it’s not really exhausting.

Great, thanks for the tip! In general, I'm looking for a light floor with a wood look, so your darker option is out of the question.

I consider the tip to be good, but I cannot confirm it. Nothing is creaking here. Screed only vacuumed and with a relatively thin, firm impact sound insulation with poor leveling properties. Our Classen covering is also darker, I have no tip regarding the color tone.
