Looking for ideas to design a bathroom

Hello everyone,

We are currently planning a new building and are a bit out of ideas regarding the design of our future bathroom. Although we have already created or had created one or another plan, unfortunately none of them really convinces us so far. Do you perhaps have any ideas?
For rough orientation: The bathroom should include a larger sink, a toilet, a shower (preferably built-in or half-built), a bathtub, and ideally still space for a small shelf.

What is under the bathroom? Show more of the house.

The wall at the top of the plan: place the bathtub under the window. Directly adjacent, half-height brick up the shower as a separation between the bathtub and the shower.
In front of the bathtub on the left side of the plan, place the shelf / sideboard for towels or similar.
The wall at the bottom of the plan: sink and toilet either in a row or the sink placed on the indirect wall behind which the toilet is hidden.

What is the parapet height of the window? Are these loopholes or regular height windows? For loopholes, for example, a bathtub fits perfectly.
