You are quick and creative! Thanks for your feedback!

: interesting! This was our first draft (only the WC and shower were swapped), which we actually liked. However, we then realized that you always have to step into the bathtub to open the window. Therefore, we discarded this plan again.

: what I like about this plan is that you have the sink and the WC by the window and the window is freely accessible. However, you would look straight at the WC when entering, which you should rather avoid. Also, I’m not sure if 3.40m would be enough for WC + shower + sink.

: The parapet height is 1m. The window is 1.21m high.

: we already had this variant as well, it was our favorite in terms of design. However, the catch in our case is that our bathroom is a bit too small for it and you only have a narrow access to the shower and WC (75cm). In addition, the shower would get no or only very little natural light.
Regarding your question: under the bathroom is our hobby and technical/utility room.

More than enough ... 1m shower, 20 cm pre-wall, possibly glass upper area, 60 cm WC, 60 cm washbasin leave 100 cm distance between WC and washbasin

What is functionally important to you? For us, for example, immediate proximity of the sink and toilet and also enough space around the toilet, because with a restless child, that’s not much fun otherwise. Maybe this will help you identify other factors that can guide you.

The bathroom is not too small. Of course, it's possible. 75 cm as an entrance is more than enough. There are doors with 60 cm.

I only planned half-height walls. The rest in glass.

This is just a suggestion. The detailed planning is not done yet. I rather see the problem with the wastewater pipes. But that is solvable too.

Who is this "one" and what is the disadvantage if a nice toilet is the first thing you see when entering the bathroom? If it bothers you, of course, that is something else, then the T-solution is appropriate. The 3.4m are enough for shower and bathtub. I am always surprised that the situation arises where the size of a bathroom is fixed first and only afterwards the layout is worked on. That is the difference compared to truly architectural approach.

If the [T] is your wish, why don’t you work on the implementation? It is definitely possible. I would even make the entrances only 60 cm. The wall 1 m high. There are flushing cisterns 1 m high in front of the wall with top-mounted controls. Then ceiling-high glass. That works with window glass since no doors are planned. If you want to provide doors, then you should do it with ESG. I would like it with sandblasted glass. It also offers some privacy.
