If I planned to have my car, which would cost me new money that I don't have, lifted up and down year after year in a self-constructed concrete lift garage, and I am not a professional, then that would give me stomach aches.

And the floor is also such a thing.

- As I said, I don't think anyone here will be able to give you an exhaustive, i.e. 100% satisfying answer on this.

But miracles do happen from time to time

what does Fachmann mean

if you have everything done by the Fachmann it costs you at least 2-5 times the original price every time

and with a little common sense anyone can do concrete work with reinforcement

and a lifting platform technically doesn't have that many things to it either^^

A little tip from ING

The thing with the lift platform won’t work. It can’t even remotely bear the load that comes together there. You also need a roadway to drive on and a cover.

Then the thing can’t even begin to absorb the shear and torsion forces that occur when driving onto the plate.

From a mechanical point of view, it either has to be forced guided at 4 points or moved up and down by means of a kind of accordion mechanism.

You need a number of safety mechanisms that prevent accidents (pinching, half a car on the platform, ......).

A lift platform usually even runs only on battery.

This is not a garage exempt from approval but a freight elevator. Whether a homemade version will be approved is highly questionable if you cannot provide detailed construction documents. Of course including statics etc.

I wouldn’t build it illegally in this case. This is not something that goes unnoticed and people won’t find it funny. In case of doubt, a demolition will be insisted on afterwards.

Either you have to purchase a corresponding system here (I consider 25,000€ to be little), or look for a normal solution.

You can’t do anything with the area on top anyway.

Think it over again ... no offense intended.
