I believe the moisture is a problem, you can only use water-repellent concrete, otherwise it will be a dripstone cave.

hi

no, that’s not really what I meant.

what do you think about the solution Cardok?

since this would of course cost around 25,000 euros or so, I find that a bit too much.

I was thinking you could dig a pit in the driveway about 2m deep, 3m wide, 5m long (roughly) and concrete it

then buy some kind of lift on Ebay, install it, put the 4 spots where the car normally rests under the tires and a plate on top with markings showing where the car should stand

4 supports at the corners and a lid on top

feasible?

I wouldn't build such a garage, it's not worth all the effort; I'd rather park on the street than spend so much money on an underground garage.

See you then Balser

the effort doesn't really play a big role now. most of it can be done by yourself anyway

it's about the theoretical

Then you'll have to ask a professional, whether you like it or not.
They should know something about floors, statics, and the latest technology.

- Otherwise, I see it just like Balser:
Sounds super expensive; for that money, I'd rather treat myself to something nice on/in the house

What should I ask a structural engineer for there^^ I can also pour concrete floors and walls myself, the only question is how to handle it with the lift platform
