Looking for floor plan ideas for a house with 2 apartments

Hello everyone,
We are looking for floor plan ideas for a house with 2 apartments.

These should be stacked, meaning one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. We do not want 2 semi-detached houses.
The plot is available and the development plan allows 2 full floors with a gable roof, pitch not specified. It would also be possible to extend the upper floor apartment into the attic. The ground area should be about 10 x 10 m.

Does anyone have an idea for a floor plan or has anyone seen something like this with a house provider?

Two-family houses will probably be the majority of what home builders offer, it's nothing special.
Just inquire or google it

We also thought that this is not unusual. There are countless single-family homes on the internet, including those with [Einliegerwohnung]. The classic semi-detached houses are also well represented.
However, in the variant I described, I only found one or two, which unfortunately did not fit the layout.
Therefore, the attempt to learn more through this forum.

Viebrockhaus offers 3 houses - however, not 10x10 and also not 2-story (but this can easily be realized by raising the knee wall). So maybe for inspiration.

It would be helpful to learn a little about the desired layout as well. And a sketch of the site plan with a north arrow and [Baufenster] would also be useful.

10x10 m external dimensions .. that leaves about 92 sqm of floor space for the apartments, minus the staircase with about 5 to 6 sqm and all the walls etc. So the apartments will be around 80 to 85 sqm.

Then .. basement? Because of building services etc.

How about googling yourself or canvassing construction companies or simply asking an architect who draws the first drafts instead of hoping that something will be served on a platter here? That's how it seems to me... When you have a construction project ahead, it is inevitably associated with a lot of effort.
