A barrier-free apartment is to be created on the ground floor. The floor area should be about 10 x 10 m.
For how many people? Why 10 x 10? That's a bit small, I think. But has already mentioned that. Where are you supposed to fit two bedrooms (guessing) in there? And with barrier-free design, which also consumes some more sqm.
Basically, I am of the opinion that if you don't want to build a standard house, you are better off with an architect or house builder who offers individual planning.
You simply have to approach the authorities if you yourself are not experienced in design planning.
