You probably meant: "Either you have a TV or not. You can also turn it on." :D

I was just barely able to prevent a TV in the bathroom, but the connection was "secretly" installed following covert talks between my husband and the electrician. The two gentlemen assume that I can't tell a TV socket from a regular power outlet. ;-)

Hehe, good man, that he comes up with the same idea as me, not so good that he underestimates his wife...

Hang the TV at a height that allows a couch to fit underneath. Then you can place a cozy, large sofa arrangement in the living room.
At the moment, the TV looks like it belongs to a trade show booth...
Also, I find your plants way too tiny.
A large, wide indoor plant can also be a nice room divider.
Ours is already so big that you can't even see the couch o_O

Surprisingly, the TV position and size were not that difficult,
the problem was the speaker system in the open-plan room.
There is a world of difference between listening to the news in the living, dining, and kitchen areas,
home cinema, and rock concert.
Our old system (just take it along and it's enough) was simply overwhelmed and produced no sound.
Our TV is also located between the windows, and the view from the cozy corner looks into the garden or at the TV.

This is how it looks at our place. The 3-seater is placed with the backrest facing the dining area...
