In our house, the very large Ligno Trend ceiling appears visually calm. The geometry of the replica may have turned out somewhat unfavorably by chance. Here and there, hold a slightly wider board and see what difference it makes. Trial and error makes you smarter and will probably lead to an inexpensive and functional solution.

I would possibly screw on smaller 3 wooden squares to break the pattern. Maybe in color. I can’t imagine that it would completely eliminate the acoustic effect.

That would visually direct the eye to something.

We have a hole pattern on the wall in our office meeting rooms. Just as bad. Guests always have to sit on the other side … .

How about covering the whole thing with fabric or textile? Just last week, I had acoustic absorbers with [Textilbespannung] in my hands. I like those pieces.

Thanks! In reality, it really looks terrible because everything flickers before my eyes. I tend to use fabric that I can hang in front of it. Now I'm thinking about the best way to attach the fabric. If anyone has a good idea about that, I would be happy. :) I would rather not take the door off for that. Prefer an easy solution.

We also have hundreds of square meters of Lignotrend in stock. has already given you some good tips. Nothing “flickers” with Ligno for us.
