Hello everyone,
a mixed multi-story construction is planned on our reserved plot. That means south side ground floor + upper floor and north side only ground floor. The whole should be executed as a staggered shed roof. This construction method is intended to prevent the neighbor to the north from being shaded.
Do you perhaps have ideas, links, or similar on how a reasonable floor plan could look with such a construction method? The difficulty basically lies in the fact that the staircase must be accommodated in the southern area.
The plot is accessed from the south and the entrance should be located in the east so that you have as much garden as possible from the "huge" plot (477 sqm) remaining in the south.
Since this construction method is very rare, I can unfortunately find very little about it on the web, so I am grateful for any idea or hint!
Best regards
