What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes? - In my opinion a successful design, but still needs improvement. We would move one or the other wall, especially on the upper floor

I would like to hear opinions on our design to weigh strengths and weaknesses and possibly avoid fundamental mistakes that we may simply have not considered.
