if you do not upload the questionnaire here soon, then this will be a thread solely for requesting information from you without any added value and will be worthless by tomorrow noon.

The pinned questionnaire in exactly THE subforum you are in. There are several threads that must be read beforehand. Since you apparently have hardly ever looked in here, I'll say it's almost too late to get patient tips, as the information, if you include it, is no longer on one page with the floor plans.
The draft holds potential to paint 30sqm, but the information is completely missing.

House design
Who created the design:
Initial meeting with planner
What do you particularly like? Why? Separation of the living room with sliding door possible, separation of basement and upper floor possible with sliding doors, because of noise and sleeping children, airlock, storage space
What do you not like? Why? Too many square meters, e.g. upstairs double hallway, upstairs office could be smaller instead of 19, 15 would suffice, bathroom upstairs 10-13 would suffice, airlock downstairs 8 would suffice,
Dining smaller, long corridor, there is generosity but every sq meter costs ...
Possibly other staircases in a stepped form?

Price estimate according to architect/planner: 620 TEUR
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 580 TEUR
Favored heating technology: air heat pump with photovoltaic preparation, depending on costs

If you have to do without, which details/extensions
-can you do without: reduce size
-can you not do without: separation of the living room, no direct access to the kitchen but kitchen still integrated

Why did the design turn out the way it is? E.g.
Standard design from the planner? Our desired rooms were implemented that way
Which wishes were implemented by the architect? All, but too big
A mix of many examples from various magazines...
What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes?
Lots of flexibility due to separations, lots of storage space, 3 children's rooms and office

You now have over 30 sqm of usable space, which is not necessary.
Regarding the upper floor office, I am confused: you even agree upon inquiry that the office could be smaller… now it is a children's room. Be that as it may: I find your house center too oversized and unnecessary if you want to save space. You should set the garage away from the house front, i.e., move it forward. Then straighten the rear, i.e., the lower wall in the plan (sorry, there is no orientation on the plan) so it aligns with the wall of the house, and recess the living room, i.e., towards the dining area. The pantry would even have a window/door to the rear terrace. Pantry as a utility room, so you can omit the utility room upstairs. Rearrange the rooms upstairs so it works. To sharpen the pencil yourself, you won't get around it.
Apart from that, consider whether the kitchen would be better located by the terrace and then the question of where 5 people put and store their coats. Small details, when it comes to 20/30 cm, one unfortunately cannot address here, but it seems the kitchen area between island and counter is too large. I notice the kitchen cabinets on the short wall are not 60/60... this naturally skews the usage significantly. So: measure everything and check in 10 cm increments.
I think you have too much in many areas and too little in others (and you won’t recognize the latter without measurements).
