Repurposing, rebuilding, and adding on are fundamentally not possible. Under certain conditions (§35 Building Code) exceptions can be granted. If there is a current one for a planned residential building that meets your requirements, that would be the solution. However, the building permit for the existing building does not help you much, since the building is ready for demolition and you need a new one. She will probably answer you with many words, but she won't say anything substantial. Ask if there is a positively decided building preliminary inquiry. I bet there isn't one. No.

You can easily find the offer. The offer was already available in February, and the price also seems to fluctuate: either 64000 or 58900. The village seems to be an outer area. Some kind of hamlet? A cluster of houses between the road and the lake... but it could also be that Immonet does not show the exact address on Google Maps. Because the place does seem to be larger when you google it directly. However, the property is only located near ... If you call the house a garden house, that will definitely be the catch. It does not seem to be small, but please define garden house. Possibly there is no sewage system, no year-round residential right, or only a recreational property. A similar house can be built... Please keep us updated.

I will do. In summary, it will be important.

Is there a development plan?
Can a residential house be built according to free wishes?

And don't let yourself go crazy, suddenly there's a buyer, who knows if that's true. Not everyone goes along with demolishing a house, especially when the land only costs 60k, then comparable ones don't necessarily cost more.

So if the property has been there since February and there are 2 interested parties for the development plan etc., she should already know!! The thing with the neighbors is a good point. It’s the weekend, go over and walk across the street
