Is that cheaper? Development through the neighbor would, in my opinion, have to be registered in the land register. Nobody really wants that and the costs should not be underestimated.Long lines but development possibly over the property of the selling neighbor, via his existing lines since his property apparently is already doubly developed. There supposedly seems to be a possibility, don't ask me how something like that could work and how it would behave in case of a malfunction. From the street it would be 16 meters to the front edge of a possible building.
