I would attach an annex to my application: a copy of this plan, frame the plot priority 1 with a thick marker and write "1" inside, then write "2", "3" and so on in the others with a thinner marker; and do the same again in list or table form.

Let's take a photo.

Screenshot also okay? As I said, I will follow up on that again next week. If you are supposed to prioritize everyone you want anyway, then the crosses are actually unnecessary.

... but probably required for the sake of form. If you definitely want one, I would tick all of them and prioritize your favorite plot with "1" or "XXX 1 XXX" (and the others accordingly 2, 3, ...). With a 99 sqm size variation (almost 40 sqm in the floor area ratio) I wouldn’t take them all – unless desperation has really completely eaten away the trust in further hunting luck.

I would give all building plots that are an option for you. We are currently also in an application process. Distribution is also based on points. We have both lived in the community for many years. Are married and have 2 children. Nevertheless, we are anxious about the building plot. 25 out of 50 building plots are being sold. The second half will be resold in 1-2 years. The application deadline was 31.03. Supposedly, over 200 people applied ([sqm-price 320€]). Most were families residing in the community... I myself am curious whether it will work out for us. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you. Keep us updated.

Which ones are the prime lots, I think, is obvious. The greatest chances of allocation as an applicant with a lower score are probably at 6187. Expensive, but unfavorably located. Furthermore, to the north at 6177 - 6180. All others are presumably hard to get without additional points for children, volunteer work, etc. Sometimes you get lucky and applicants ahead of you withdraw again or get one of the other plots. But that is completely unpredictable, and the larger the number of applicants, the less likely this scenario is. I think it helps if you can realistically assess your chances and take this into account when prioritizing, i.e., choose one or two of the presumably less in-demand plots and prioritize them higher.
