But 200k for 160sqm with brick cladding, outdoor facilities, and kitchen? That's also 35 percent bigger... I consider such values "dangerous" because people here can quickly get themselves into bankruptcy by miscalculating. I know what I paid for every craftsman two years ago (and I built relatively cheaply in comparison), and I don't think there has been a price drop. And standard is not necessarily the same for everyone... And outdoor facilities are not the same as outdoor facilities... Some just climb over a pallet into the house for 2 years, or pave something themselves with concrete stones, others might have 60sqm of terrace, a parking space, and depending on the plot, a retaining wall built and then pay quickly 15k or more for it. You have to be more precise there.
I don't get as many outdoor facilities for my price, of course. The rest I do, the price is already fixed with agreed services. You have to negotiate and not always immediately nod at the stated price. My training as a civil engineer helped me partly, even though I don't work in the construction industry. I planned it myself, just the way I wanted it. Otherwise, if you want to buy something expensive, first ask yourself if you needed it yesterday.
