I don't get as many outdoor facilities for my price, of course. The rest I do, the price is already fixed with agreed services. You have to negotiate and not always immediately nod at the stated price. My training as a civil engineer helped me partly, even though I don't work in the construction industry. I planned it myself, just the way I wanted it. Otherwise, if you want to buy something expensive, first ask yourself if you needed it yesterday.

Good evening,

This simple calculation is the same for all income groups ;)

Exactly, and as always, emotions are to blame for everything. "Such a beautiful colorful screen and with it you can raise and lower all the shutters, very cool" just like that, a few thousand are gone. Whether you end up staring at this screen that often... I even gave up the fireplace with a heavy heart. Saved 10k, basically either good or not at all. If better times come, it can be rebuilt.

No. About the screen ... I belong to an older generation and therefore know (learning by doing - I didn’t come into this world with 40 in my shoe) that there are more sensible things than interfering with a once set system. The chimney draft won’t run away from you (attached from outside, made of stainless steel by the way, is cheaper) ... you (hopefully) have what you wish for when you move in. That has to be worth more than a fireplace, which these days can hardly be designed as low as current single-family houses require ;) Rhenish greetings

I have to say that electric shutters and some automation like astro function or floor-wide grouping clearly save a lot of time every day compared to the manual saving option. Especially with your affordable plan, I would be curious about details, also in the interest of other users. By the way, I have posted all my costs + detailed equipment in the forum, so go ahead.

I also have electric, although without central control via KNX. although I still don’t understand why you have to close them all...? If you go on vacation, yes...
