In the next 12 months you want to save 1200 EUR per month.. but in the last ones it was only about 410 EUR. And the idea of building a house already existed back then.

All in all, not good conditions. Neither a higher income is available, nor significant equity, and saving doesn’t seem to be working either.

House 120-130sqm for 180000 EUR move-in ready (not just turnkey!!!) is also unrealistic. Calculate with 1600 EUR per sqm for standard.

I don’t understand now: last year there was 20,000 equity. Now 1200 is being saved per month, so next year there would be 40,000 equity.
I see a saving potential from 2015!

1200x 12 = 14400 EUR...Diff to 20,000 = 5600 EUR. So this was saved in 2015.

As I read it, the OP had his consultation meetings in May and came to the realization that savings were necessary. No one knows what will be saved in the future; there is only one plan for that, but responding as casually as you did in #7 should be considered in advance or only upon request.

Sorry.. shouldn’t come across as flippant. I had understood it differently..
