Why? Equity is returned once the house planning is done and the overall financing is set up. I see no reason to pay interest on a loan that is not needed. Unless the OP has magical, short-term investment opportunities that yield a lot of profit.

How? If you pay for the building plot "cash" from the equity, nothing comes back, right, or am I misunderstanding that?

Yep. You are. Within the overall financing, you can get equity shares back.

I read this here regularly.
We have an offer for our dream kitchen from a furniture store and from a regional kitchen studio and both are under 10,000€.
And our kitchen is over 7 running meters, so not an exceptionally tiny kitchen.
So I am well aware that of course - as always - you can spend more, but 10,000 is quite doable.

It always depends on the requirements. Some buyers purchase electrical appliances alone for > 15 K EUR, and I am not aware of any Polish manufacturer who delivers high-end products in this regard for a fraction of the price, but I am not very familiar with the Polish household appliance scene.

I have contacted kitchen furniture manufacturers. The first offers are about 30-40% cheaper compared to German kitchen studios. And if I hear from a kitchen studio that it will hardly be possible under 15k€, that is quite exaggerated. Especially since we only wanted an oven, dishwasher, and induction hob in terms of electrical appliances. So no frills.

However, we will continue to compare. We don’t mind 1k€, but if it’s about 3k€+, we prefer to go abroad.
