Those may be your personal problems. However, you do not clutter other threads with that, nor spam any amount here with unfounded statements. That quickly makes one unbelievable - you are already well on your way here in the forum that one should overlook and ignore .

These are all costs that can be estimated beforehand. The cistern doesn't suddenly burst (often specified in the development plan), the electrician is not on site and has to suddenly change his entire planning to KNX, and Q2 to Q4 for T€ 30 comes quite at the end, when everyone knows what money is still left. Apart from that, that is a fanciful price. You're not by any chance talking about your own experiences and now want to convince everyone not to build? That's how it sounds.

The civil engineer wants +50K € additional? Then the whole thing wasn’t planned that well, to say the least.

Send your plans cleanly to the civil engineer, have a soil survey done beforehand, and the extremely nasty surprises simply cannot occur...

Besides, he plans to stick clinker bricks onto his plaster in the new building. To me, the dumbest builder of 2020 is writing here, who apparently thinks he knows everything.
if you want to present your house construction or share your frustration about your house, then feel free to do so in such a designated thread where you can vent, but also ask questions. That is even encouraged!
But based on the building blocks you have read, you really cannot be considered a construction expert, even though some messages may have gotten through to some.
