Lagan Dishwasher + Ikea Faktum Front

Hello, I urgently need help.

In May, I bought a LAGAN dishwasher and a Faktum front.

When unpacking after delivery (the front panel was not in stock), I had to realize that the fastening material RESONLIG was missing. So I went back to Ikea, after a long back and forth I was still able to buy Resonlig and went to the kitchen. There I had to find out that the drilling template was missing.

And since then I have been desperately trying to get a drilling template. The Ikea customer service says they will take care of it and at some point an assembly video came by mail. But that doesn't help me. I need this drilling template. Then an email came from Ikea customer service telling me to contact Electrolux, since the machine comes from there. They want
- A copy of the purchase receipt
- Product number (9- or 11-digit without letters) starting with 6.. ... ... or 9.. ... ...
- Serial/manufacturing number (S-No./F-No.)
The machine is already installed. I then emailed them the purchase contract, but still haven’t heard anything.

Can someone here help me with a copy of the drilling template? That would be really very kind.

By now I am totally frustrated when I see the dishwasher without the front.

Could the numbers possibly be on the nameplate (should be on the right edge of the door)?

You don't need RESONLIG with FAKTUM, only for METOD.

However, the large paper template should have been in the machine.
If it doesn't work with the manufacturer, your contract partner is IKEA. If the template was not included, they have to provide a replacement, if necessary by taking one from a new device and at least measuring the distances.

But that’s where I was already. The whole ordeal has been dragging on since May 2014.

I also can’t understand why Ikea can’t send me a copy of the drilling template. But the employees simply don’t understand what I need.

On the telephone hotline, the employees always agree with me and say that I will get a copy as soon as possible. But then videos or other useless information are sent.

On site at IKEA Saarlouis, they just say I have to go to customer service. After all, I had thrown away the drilling template. But there was simply nothing in the package. Or maybe I really did throw something away. It doesn’t matter—I need a new drilling template.

Doesn’t anyone have a drilling template at home that they can copy for me? Or can email me the measurements?
