Kitchen planning, refrigerator and oven in a tall cabinet

I am currently looking for my first own kitchen for my new apartment. To keep it short: I have about 2500 Euros available for it and have only looked at ready-made kitchen units so far and was never really satisfied. Now I have used the Ikea kitchen planner and put together my kitchen.

However, one problem remains: I would like to put the oven and refrigerator in a tall cabinet. You see that more and more nowadays and I really like it! However, I have not yet found a suitable cabinet for this. I would like to have the refrigerator "below" and the oven integrated above it.
Do you have any experience with this or can you tell me how I can best achieve it? Because somehow I always see a door in the way or an extra drawer ... or I don't know if the dimensions fit.

Then another question: When I do this with the kitchen planner, I always select the cabinet and then design it in the color (fronts etc.) as I like. When I have finished with all the cabinets etc... Is EVERYTHING included then?? Or do I still have to make some extra clicks to get certain accessories? I don’t want anything to be missing when I want to start assembling the kitchen. Because actually I would like to save the 200 Euro planning costs.... and well... the assembly costs actually too, because I really find them a bit exaggerated... (I hope I’m not making any enemies here now :O )

Oven and refrigerator stacked in a tall cabinet is not exactly common, but it should work without problems. The appliances nowadays are also significantly better insulated. However, I am almost certain that IKEA does not offer something like that "ready-made" unless you assemble such a cabinet yourself. If you are in the online kitchen planner, then select a cabinet and click on "Anpassen" on the right. Or then below on "Ändern". You will find plenty of other cabinet variants there. For example, you have to check if you plan enough shelves, etc...

Hello, since I only use Windows in emergencies, I am not familiar with the planner and prefer to plan mentally. If you choose a small refrigerator with a niche size of 88 cm height, then the next larger door is 100 cm high. That means you insert a shelf in the cabinet at the bottom, e.g., at 10 cm, above the kitchen cabinet the bottom for the oven, above that a shelf for another compartment, in a 200 cm high cabinet therefore a compartment with the 40 cm high door. Such a refrigerator would be, for example, the Neff K1524X9 or Neff K 525X8K (K225 A2).

I would strongly advise against it for thermal reasons. My brother is a carpenter and builds many kitchens himself. It is always ensured that warm and cold appliances are separated by at least an empty cabinet. If you then stack the appliances, whether the refrigerator is on top or bottom, it could cause bigger problems both energetically and thermally. I wanted to place the oven/steamer and refrigerator next to each other during our renovation. I was strongly advised against it from all sides.
