kitchen connection from the adjoining bathroom

we intend to buy an old house and live in it with 3 generations. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen yet on the 1st floor, next to the room where the kitchen is supposed to be is the bathroom. Directly above there is also a small bathroom. Is it possible to run pipes from the bathroom next door through the wall so that a sink and a dishwasher can be connected there?

that was exactly the question :) unfortunately, I have no knowledge at all and didn't know if that was even possible.

With the wastewater from the sink, you have to see where it can be laid sensibly, as a continuous slope is needed until the point where the wastewater currently exits in the bathroom.

To answer concretely: yes, that is possible. The wall will be opened, a corresponding connection/branch will be made, and everything is fine. No problem for the installers.
