KfW funding 461, when purchasing a new-build condominium

Hello dear forum, I have different statements from the developer and the bank regarding the Kfw grant 461 and am trying to find out what is correct. I would be grateful for help / answers! I am about to buy a new condominium. The lending bank states that I can/should apply for the KfW grant 461, although the developer has already received a 461 grant for the construction of the building. The developer states that I can no longer apply for / receive the grant because they have already received the grant for the construction. What is correct?

The object is subsidized a maximum of once. If the developer has received the subsidy, you do not receive one.

Hello Markus,

A few days ago, I faced the same question. The financing bank advised us to inquire with the KfW about the 261 or 461 funding. By phone, I initially received the information from KfW that funding is definitely possible - regardless of which funding has already been claimed. We were very happy.

Then the project manager got back to us and said that the developer had already taken advantage of all funding opportunities and no further funding was possible. He recommended that we get more precise information again.

After that, I asked KfW in writing for a statement. It is indeed the case that a property can only be funded once. Unfortunately :(
