We are close to signing a contract for a single-family house (KFW55) in turnkey construction with a basement. We have had the construction contract and the construction service description reviewed. A building expert from the Bauherren-Schutzbund will accompany and supervise the construction (at our expense). Now we need an energy expert who will carry out the KFW monitoring and conduct the acceptance regarding the KfW 55 topic. Does anyone know what this costs? Maybe there is a recommendation in the Wiesbaden/Limburg area?

Hello,

isn't the proof including acceptance the responsibility of your builder? We bought turnkey before the start of construction. Although a KfW standard and corresponding proof were not written into the contract, there was a written side agreement. Of course, we have also not seen any invoice.

We built/ had built in your area. I can check which expert/engineer did it for the builder.

After a call to KFW, we were told that the expert who carries out the acceptance must not be in an economic connection/dependence with the house construction company.

That is correct. The shortest way to the expert is through this: bvfs.de In the CV of the respective experts you will find references to listing with the KfW. Rhineland greetings

Hello construction expert.
Thank you for the quick response.

I knew the first page.
There I contacted about 20 experts.
So far with moderate success.
Most do not respond to the inquiry at all, some do not accept assignments.
The others can only make an offer once the building permit, etc. is available.
Does anyone know what this can cost?
I have read from €1500 to €7000.....

I will go through the 2nd page (bvfs.de) right away.
Thanks for now
