So in our offer it is decentralized with heat recovery. The text states that at least four fans are installed on the outer wall, mainly in living rooms such as living/children/guest/bedrooms with the system "Lunos e²" or "equivalent". Since a decentralized system is probably quite loud because the fans themselves are directly installed in the wall, we will probably have to upgrade to a centralized one. Ground floor: 1x living/dining area, 1x kitchen, 1x study, 1x bathroom, 1x utility room. Upper floor: 1x bedroom, 1x study, 1x guest room, 1x bathroom. Probably 8 or 9 rooms instead of "at least four". Let's see what the surcharge will cost. Especially the heat pump together with the ventilation naturally add up to a nice amount for the 35% you get. Hopefully, it is therefore not that much more, with a heat pump that is BAFA eligible including a central ventilation system and all associated costs.
