I am actually interested in the prices that a builder gets for it. I have one offer that includes a heat pump with 20k.

I just suspect that the construction companies charge accordingly for the KfW55 as well as the BAFA subsidies, since the builders go for it anyway because of the grants...

It does depend on the standard the construction company assumes, but in my opinion the price for both is completely exaggerated.

A kwf 55 surcharge was 5,000 euros plus 1,300 euros for an energy consultant if I wanted funding.

First, this is done at the time of application using an annual performance factor calculator. I'm not an expert. But as far as I know, whether the annual performance factor is maintained depends on several factors. Outdoor temperature, supply and return temperature, hydraulic balancing...

As for the payment, I'm also not sure yet. Our approval does mention payment, but not when it will take place.
