In my opinion, you cannot support with the trench collector but only do it completely yourself. One should clearly agree with the HB where the transfer point is (and whether it is filled or unfilled).
With some coordination and organizational effort, this is easy to manage! However, one should read extensively about the topic in the specialist forum.
Also, with the trench collector, the extraction capacity can be calculated relatively well, whereas with the surface collector it is more or less a rough estimate.
Most installers do it themselves here, only the hole is logically dug by the civil engineer and maybe the installer is even burdened with laying it, it's not rocket science...
I have also not heard of any specialist company for surface collectors.
That is wrong. There are also heating/air conditioning companies that offer and install trench collectors. Depending on the company, there is also the possibility for do-it-yourself involvement, e.g. creating the trench, helping with the laying, etc. This happened on our street.
