I am using the KfW 261 funding for my core renovation. As part of this, the existing oil central heating system will be replaced with a heat pump. I would like to dismantle the old oil heating system myself. Is this possible, or does a company have to carry this out for the funding?

Do not understand the question.

You can do everything yourself. You will then of course not receive any funding for the dismantling (of whatever), because no costs have been incurred.

The KfW does set certain things, for example, what value the insulation must achieve, etc. My suspicion now is that the KfW also requires proof of the disposal of the old heating system here in order to receive the overall funding. I am not worried about the total amount; I almost reach that with the windows, insulation, and the heat pump itself.

Do you get a bonus if the old heating system is disposed of? Then you need a disposal certificate - no matter what. What you definitely need is proof of the dismantling. You will also receive this at the end of the entire measure from the energy consultant (through their confirmation of the completion, which you then give to the [KfW]). Dismantling and disposal are two different things. Have the boiler + accessories picked up by the scrap dealer and get a confirmation from them. Then, in addition to the 100€ + the strong arms that carry the heating system out of the basement for you, the disposal issue is also taken care of. That’s how I did it too. Dismantle it yourself, make calls, and grab some money for the scrap.

No, I only get a "bonus" if at the end a certain amount of (KfW70/EE) renewable energy is used. The proof is always the responsibility of the energy consultant? Or does a heating installer sometimes do that as well? Unfortunately, our energy consultant is a bit picky and only does the bare minimum.

Both. The consultant confirms at the end that the measure was implemented as planned. However, they can only confirm if they have either personally verified according to the trade that the work has been carried out (e.g. installation of underfloor heating) or, for example, if there is a specialist contractor’s certificate/confirmation that the work was done. You can get these, for example, from a company that dismantled an oil tank and properly disposed of it, including hazardous substances. I know several energy consultants who only accept the result at the end and do not require certificates or similar (of course, something like a blower door test has a result that the energy consultant needs. But, for example, no information from the heating technician about the heating system replacement. The invoice is sufficient for that – or, in the case of EL, the material invoice and proof via photos or inspection).
