Hello everyone,
I have an appointment with my site manager next week. Before that, I wanted to get some opinions and maybe someone has already had the same problem or at least seen it before.
The following problem:
When it rained extremely heavily last week and there was also a strong wind, our facade suddenly looked like this (see photo) – you could clearly see the joints of the stones on the plaster and slight cracks in the base area. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is there a construction defect here? For example, too thin LUP?
Information about the house:
Year built: 2016
Masonry: 30 cm Ytong, glued
Plaster: according to construction plan, 15mm LUP and 3mm top plaster
