I looked at the photos again. It's not that bad, after heavy rain the facade dries, starting where more heat escapes from inside, it dries. The ETICS facades do not dry out, that's why they get algae, because new dew always forms on them. This facade, on the other hand, will stay algae-free for a long time. No worry be happy. In the sun it looks completely different.

Why should that be? Here, there are only very expensive buildings and they all have it. I don't believe you can conclude anything about quality from that...

Basic issues need to be clarified. How often does this intensity even occur? Are there moisture problems inside? Humidity in the house? Most importantly, where do the cracks in the exterior facade come from.

By the way, in our rental building with [WDVS], you can also see the edges of the respective panels when it has rained. I claim that it depends on the workmanship and not on the wall construction (wood aside).

Then you'd better not build if something like that already scares you. Sooner or later, quite different challenges will be waiting for you to deal with. That's just child's play..
