Well, what is small potatoes? What isn't? I am quite aware that other things can/will happen there. But they don't have to. And that is, for me, as bad as paint peeling off or mold growing. Is that small potatoes for you too? I also don't think that is normal. I have never seen it before. For me, that initially means it is not standard. Counter-thesis?

Does the water run down the facade there? Because it is also on the base (which doesn't look so good either) but nothing can be seen under the window(-sills)?

You always have driving rain during storms, blown by the wind onto the house on the windward side. It's as if you're spraying it with a hose. That's how it is. Then wet. Then it also runs downwards.

So inside there is nothing to see and we are fully within the limits regarding heating costs. It is just the appearance from the outside during heavy rain.
