Exactly, I didn’t want it to come to that either. Sometimes you just get carried away in such discussions. Just one final word to : It may well be that I no longer view Steffen’s contributions completely neutrally, I am only human after all. However, I never said that he isn’t allowed to describe his situation, not at all. But it doesn’t help a normal earner with a household income of €4,000 and a planned loan of €1,500 if he tells you he earns €10,000 net and has a loan installment of €1,300 because he has €300,000 in equity. That’s what I mean by instrumentalizing.

Thank you, construction expert. I am often too lazy for such well-thought-out and extensive wording

Let's leave it at that then. My last comment on the matter: : Normally, I also hold back regarding my income (like most people, I suppose). Basically, only my wife and my tax advisor know the exact figures But take a look at the history here, with what intention I registered a few years ago. I wanted opinions on feasibility and financing, etc. That necessarily requires information about the income situation.

Regarding your last comment on my statement about the 1300 to 10000. That was indeed a (possibly inappropriate) provocation about a specific post. Consider the context

Regards Steffen

Sometimes I do wonder whether, with an income of 10000/mtl. and 300000€ Eigenkapital, one seriously has to ask the question of whether they can afford a loan. In such cases, it is already being instrumentalized because the answer is known. But well, to each their own.........
