I don't understand the raised finger here. Let people decide for themselves and if necessary run into their (un) - happiness. No matter how many times your jaw drops. Nothing more to add *Thumbs up* The question is whether and where you can still get that nowadays. Many prefer to calculate with 10-15 years because they then get a slightly better interest rate, which is ultimately a misconception. But that’s nothing new..

You are mistaken - had neither a lot of equity nor a great loan-to-value ratio. It wasn’t an easy case either... there were a few sleepless nights involved.
