Is this masonry structure sufficient for KfW55?

Without price, area, etc., you won't be able to say whether it's good or bad – at least financially. If the financial aspect is irrelevant, then it may be suitable for 55 under certain circumstances. You really have to ask an expert, but it was already explained why it's basically pointless.

We have a similar construction and next time I would go for KS. Houses with aerated concrete are extremely loud in comparison. If you can live with that, then the construction is quite okay.

We built it almost exactly like that and have KFW55.
However, instead of the 14 cm mineral wool, ours was:

14 cm hydrophobic (water-repellent) core insulation boards KDII with staggered joints WLG 035, wall ties made of V4A steel, 2 cm air layer.

And facing bricks in NF format.
