Yes, you will probably have to increase the insulation to 18 cm. I would also take ks if you are already going for a double-shell anyway.

Do not use any wall construction that the provider does not build in at least three out of eight houses. This applies in principle not only to interior walls!

If this becomes a city villa with 2 VG, then I wonder how cautious my planners/structural engineers were to suggest a 2.0 KS24 solid brick to me, when 17.5 Pröselkeks would also work. Now the 2 floors are standing, and when directly comparing the garage (24 gas concrete) to the house, I've always been afraid that the garage will eventually "crumbles" under the load of the solid ceiling. :D
