The land has already taken away the potential for that from you. Really bitter that you have to pay 213k€ for a plot of land (under 600m²) in a "one-horse town" with 8000 inhabitants and 15 km from the highway. I also only have "heavyweights" in my area (Erlangen/Nürnberg/Herzogenaurach) but your price is really cheeky. Was the land private or municipal?
