Is the light loss due to the covered terrace too large?

Thank you very much for your answer.

Yes, currently there is no window facing east. But we will try to have that implemented.

To the south, a single-family house with a maximum of 2 full stories (ground floor + 1) is planned. This will probably have a distance of 20 m.
"Our" apartment will be on the ground floor. To the east, at a distance of 7 m, there are partially very tall, but light-permeable trees in autumn.

It would be too dark for me. With [EG] I don't need to think about it anymore.

Thank you.

What do the others think? There are already quite a few floor-to-ceiling windows. I have no experience with such apartments so far, because I have always lived on the upper floor.

Me too, not only because of the less sunny ground location. Really cool, ground floor, where almost every elevator ride begins or ends and then you have the bedroom right next to the shaft. But also because of the outdoor seating area, conveniently accessible for burglars without a ladder, not so great.

With us, the terrace is covered about 2 / 2.20 and fits

Where is the front door located???

Their closing as well as the fire protection basement doors can already steal sleep and nerves from you on the ground floor of a multi-family house.....
