On the east side, so on the right side of the plan, is there no window at all in the living area?
It will probably be darker rather because of the adjoining other apartment in the west.
I myself have an apartment with east/south - open space (dining/cooking/living). On my east side, the terrace is covered to a depth of 360 cm. Pleasant in summer, in winter the sun is rather low so that even through my east terrace door the sun shines in.
It would also be important to know what is at what distance to the south? And which floor is the apartment on? And how high is what stands in the south?
Thank you very much for your answer.
Yes, currently there is no window facing east. But we will try to have that implemented.
To the south, a single-family house with a maximum of 2 full stories (ground floor + 1) is planned. This will probably have a distance of 20 m.
"Our" apartment will be on the ground floor. To the east, at a distance of 7 m, there are partially very tall, but light-permeable trees in autumn.
